Work with us

AI that lives inside your ops.

For teams who know they should be using AI but haven’t figured out where to start. Two ways in: a productized package you run yourself, or a custom engagement where we embed, build, and leave you running it. Start at whichever rung fits.

Free. No pitch deck. Just a conversation about what’s on your plate.
ITwo ways we work

Start productized, or go custom.

Same destination — AI that actually runs inside your work. Pick the rung that fits today; move up when you’re ready.

Tier 1 · Productized

Role packages

Done-for-your-vertical toolkits built on Claude — a complete, guided system for one role. Real Estate Financial Modeling is live; more by demand. You run it yourself, at your pace.

Tier 2 · Custom

Custom engagements

We embed with your team, audit your ops, build the Claude pipelines, train your people, and leave you running them. Audit → Project → Retainer → Transformation.

IIWhat we’ve built

Real engagements. Specific outcomes.

Industries change, the shape doesn’t: identify the place where the week gets eaten, build something that does the boring part in minutes, train the team to trust it.

01Property management

Monthly vendor reports, on time for the first time in three years.

Problem
A 40-unit property management firm's two part-time assistants were spending 20+ hours a week turning messy vendor invoices into monthly owner reports. Reports routinely landed three days late.
What we built
A Claude workflow that ingests invoice PDFs, normalizes line items against the firm's chart of accounts, and drafts the monthly owner report — a human reviews, sends.
Result
Time down from 20h/week to about 2h. Reports now out the first business day of the month. Freed up ~$2,400/mo in assistant hours for leasing work instead.
02Litigation

Deposition prep that used to take ten hours, done in two.

Problem
A regional law firm's paralegals were building fact-by-fact timelines for each case from mountains of discovery — 8–12 hours per matter, often under time pressure.
What we built
A Claude agent that reads deposition transcripts, pleadings, and exhibits, produces a color-coded fact timeline cross-referenced to source pages, and flags contradictions.
Result
Paralegal turnaround from 10 hours to 2. Senior counsel trust the output enough to cite it in prep sessions. Case throughput roughly doubled without new hires.
03Healthcare practice

Prior authorization approval rate up 18%, paperwork time down 75%.

Problem
A multi-provider practice burned about 4 hours of front-office time every day on prior-auth paperwork. Denials forced another 2 hours of rework.
What we built
Claude-drafted prior auth packets from patient charts and practitioner notes, formatted to each payer's exact requirements. Practitioner signs off before submission.
Result
Approval rate up 18% in the first quarter. Paperwork time down ~75%. Patients are getting procedures scheduled weeks faster.
04B2B SaaS

Product roadmap actually informed by customer feedback.

Problem
A 60-person SaaS was ignoring its own weekly customer feedback because synthesizing 200+ responses into something usable took two full days.
What we built
A feedback pipeline: Claude reads raw responses, clusters by theme, surfaces frequency + representative quotes, writes a 1-page summary for the weekly product standup.
Result
Three product bets in Q1 traced directly back to the weekly synthesis. Churn down measurably. The team actually looks forward to the feedback meeting now.
IIIWhat you leave with

Six things. Yours to keep.

Every engagement, regardless of size, ends with these in your hands — the code, the training, and the governance to run everything after we’re gone.

Custom AI workflows

Built for your specific processes, not generic templates. Lives in your stack, triggered by your existing events.

Team training

Live sessions with the people actually using the workflow, plus a written playbook. Turnover-proof.

Prompt systems

Role-specific prompts with the context your team already has. Versioned so you can iterate without breaking production.

Tools audit

An honest look at your stack — what to keep, what to sunset, what to add. Cost + integration trade-offs spelled out.

AI policy framework

Governance written for your team size — what stays in-house, what can touch a model, what triggers review. Legal-reviewable.

ROI reporting

Time saved, output gained, errors avoided — tracked against the baseline we measure before we start.

We went from dreading Monday reports to having them ready before the weekend. Team got their nights back.
Operations Lead · mid-market logistics
The AI policy doc alone saved us months of back-and-forth with legal. Worth the engagement three times over.
CTO · healthcare SaaS
IVHow we bill

Four ways in. Start small if you want.

Prices below are starting ranges. The actual number comes out of the audit — we don’t quote until we know what’s really on the table. The $2k Workflow Audit is the cheapest way to find out whether a bigger engagement is even worth it.

One deliverable, fixed price

Workflow Audit

$2k

A week shadowing your operations — forms, emails, spreadsheets, tool sprawl. You walk away with a written entry-point list ranked by ROI, plus an honest 'don't build this' shortlist. No implementation included.

Fit — You want to know where AI fits before you commit budget to building anything. The cheapest way to find out if there's a real engagement worth doing.

Defined scope + end date

Project

$5k–$25k

One problem, one outcome. Works when you know what you want solved and just need it built. 2–6 weeks end-to-end.

Fit — You have a specific workflow you want automated — invoices, onboarding, reporting — and the data's mostly already digital.

Org-wide buildout

Transformation

$25k–$100k+

Audit every department, prioritize, build and train in waves. Includes governance, policy, ROI tracking. Usually 3–6 months.

Fit — You're serious about AI being a core competence, not a pilot. Budget owner wants defensible numbers and written policy.

VCommon questions

What buyers ask before signing.

Why start with a Workflow Audit?

It’s the cheapest way to find out whether a bigger engagement is even worth doing. We shadow your operations for a week and deliver a written entry-point list ranked by ROI plus an honest “don’t build this” shortlist. $2k flat. About 30% of audit clients decide to walk afterward — that’s the system working.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Project: 2–6 weeks end-to-end. Retainer: open-ended, monthly. Transformation: 3–6 months in waves. Workflow Audit: one week (we shadow, deliver, hand off).

Do I keep the code and the playbook?

Yes — entirely. We don’t build SaaS that holds you hostage. Every engagement ships you the source, the prompts, the documentation, and a written playbook. If you fire us tomorrow, your team can run everything we built.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any discovery work that touches sensitive context. Our standard NDA is two pages and we’ll sign yours if it’s reasonable.

What if it doesn’t work?

We tell you in the proposal phase if we don’t think we can deliver a 4×+ payback in year one. If we proceed and underdeliver against the agreed scope, we refund. We’ve never had to — but the policy is real.

Can you embed with my team for a few weeks instead of just delivering and leaving?

Yes — that’s the Retainer model. $3k–$10k/mo for ongoing embedded access. New workflows as they come up, existing ones tuned, the team trained as people turn over.

What’s the typical timeline from first call to start?

Discovery call to signed proposal: 1–2 weeks usually. Signed proposal to start: 1 week if we have capacity, 2–4 weeks if we’re queued. We’ll tell you which on the discovery call.

Start here

A 30-minute call, no deck, no hard sell.

If there’s a fit, we’ll tell you what we’d build and what it’d cost. If there’s not, we’ll tell you that too and point you somewhere useful.
