5. Intellectual property

- You may use it for your personal learning and for tools you build for your own employer.

6. Payment, refunds, and cancellation
- Prices and inclusions for paid tiers are stated at the point of purchase.
- Bootcamp and consulting engagements may be governed by additional written agreements that take precedence over these terms on conflicting points.
- Refund policy: 14 days from purchase for unused services. Contact us to request a refund.
- You may cancel any recurring payment at any time.

8. Disclaimers
